- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I have contacted this place over 5 times to ask them to work with me on the interest rate. I spoke with Patty several times who had the nerve to say to me to be patient and she will make sure Nancy the manager would return my call. That was over 2 weeks ago. The first time I called Patty said Nancy wasn't there and would call me the next day midmorning, NO CALL. I called the following day and she said Oh, she did not return yet. The next couple of days a man answered and said Nancy just got back and she was really busy but she has my message. NO CALL STILL! I called again and Patty answered with the same excuses and said she would look at my information and have Nancy or whomever call be back but to be patient because they are really busy. NO CALL AT ALL!!! They are not too busy to keep sending out all of these advertisings and junk mail. They are not too busy to call you on the phone to try to get you to increase your loan amount. How about this, I will pay off your shiesty loan and DO NOT EVER UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES SEND ME ANY OF YOUR ADVERTING OR GIMMICKS AGAIN!!! This is a very bad business! The only reason I gave one star is because they would not let me move forward unless I checked something!By Theresa Jenkins, March 12, 2017
